Thames Path London Cycle Route to Canary Wharf [Cycling the City #0002]

Yesterday was one of my longest bike rides since I did the Coast to Coast a few years ago. The 35km loop started at Kennington Park, before crossing the river at London Bridge and heading along the (regularly interrupted) Thames Path towards Canary Wharf. There are many points along the path with a great view towards the ever-expanding financial district.

Once at Canary Wharf, we take a short break before heading back along the path, through Millwall Park to Island Gardens and under the Thames in the Greenwich Foot Tunnel.

This is where the video ends (GoPro battery issues), missing out the return journey along the south-side of the river, through Bermondsey, Borough, Elephant and Castle and finally back to Kennington Park.
